We work from Jayes Park Courtyard in Ockley, about seven miles south of Dorking on the A29, and take on commercial projects across Surrey and into London for main contractors, facilities managers and landlords. Our heating engineers are Gas Safe registered and the company is SafeContractor Approved.

WTS has been trading since 2008, more than 18 years. It was founded by William Smith, is still family run and still works from Ockley near Dorking. Recent commercial projects include Moonbug at Camden Lock, Kew Gardens, Cabot Square, Cannon Street, Voysey House and Level 9 of Moor House, all delivered for main contractors and end users in London.
We install and repair hot and cold water services, drainage, sanitaryware and pipework in commercial buildings, from a single plant room to a full public health package on a fit-out. All water and drainage installations are carried out by our directly employed plumbers. We also handle urgent repairs, with 24/7 emergency response for leaks, bursts and loss of hot water.
Yes. Our Gas Safe registered heating engineers install, service and repair commercial boilers and plant across Surrey and London, and we offer 24/7 emergency call-out when a boiler fails. Ask us for our Gas Safe registration number and check it on the Gas Safe Register before work starts. We work on oil and LPG heating as well as mains gas.
Yes. We design and install air source heat pumps and hybrid systems for commercial buildings, and the company holds MCS accreditation. Where a full switch from gas is not practical yet, we can pair a heat pump with the existing plant, upgrade the controls and improve pipework and insulation so the building is ready for low carbon heating when the time comes.
Yes. All our commercial work carries a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship. On larger projects we hand over commissioning records, test certificates and operating and maintenance information so your facilities team knows exactly what has been installed. If anything fails within the warranty period, call the Ockley office on 01306 621 057 and we will put it right.
