WTS Plumbing and Heating Ltd deliver commercial mechanical, heating and public health packages from our base at Jayes Park Courtyard in Ockley, about seven miles south of Dorking. Most of our contract work sits in the Surrey towns around Mole Valley and the boroughs immediately north of us.

Our commercial team works across Surrey and into London from our base near Dorking. The towns with their own pages are Banstead, Cheam, Dorking, Epsom, Reigate and Putney, but we quote for mechanical packages across a much wider area, particularly where we are working for a main contractor on a longer programme.
Yes. Alongside installation and project work we service and maintain commercial boiler plant, hot and cold water services and associated equipment. Planned visits can be scheduled around trading hours or term dates so the building keeps running.
Yes, and much of our commercial work is done that way. Offices, shops, schools and care homes rarely stop for the mechanical contractor, so we plan isolations, temporary provision and access around how the building is actually used.
Yes. We work for main contractors and tier one contractors as well as directly for landlords, managing agents and building owners. We can take a package from design and coordination through to commissioning, testing and handover documentation.
